Warriors: Inspired by Imagine Dragons

“As a child, you would wait and watch from far away. But you always knew that you’d be the one that work while they all play.

Just a poet, a dreamer hoping for the best. As he begun his quest he knew that , “I’m a warrior who fought to become a champion!”, would be words he will truthfully say one day.

In youth, you’d lay awake at night and scheme of all the things that you would change but it was just a dream.

The passion of it all and the desire to be one of the greats just makes him think or makes him believe how great he will be.

“Here we are, don’t turn away now. We are the warriors that built this town from dust.”

He builds his kingdom as his dreams come to life, and now failure is only a word and success is a must.

“The time will come, when you’ll have to rise above the rest and prove yourself – your spirit never dies.”

He looked into the mirror wondering if his poetic words had any truth, because looking at the dream ahead it looks like he’ll walking on the clear skies.

“Farewell, I’ve gone to take my throne above. But don’t weep for me, ’cause this will be the labor of my love.”

He claims the throne and calls it home, the vision lived to be true and completed the destiny of living in a world of peace and love from down below to above.

“Here we are, don’t turn away now. We are the warriors that built this town from dust.”

He mustn’t have done it alone. He thanks the ones by his side and gratefully wears his crown. He shall celebrate for the rest of his days through the dawn and dusk.
